There’s the DevOps handbook for practical ideas, “SRE” which describes Google’s approach, and “The Phoenix project” for a more theoretical concept. While All 3 are valuable they will not guide you through the process. This is something you need to figure out or have an engineer from the field take upon himself. You’re welcome to ask specific questions or reach out in private and I’ll try to help with a direction.
